Marketing is a passion for me and is essential in this real estate market. To use one venue of advertising is not enough. Multiple resources are used in my arsenal of advertisements to best market the property. As a listing agent, I “tap-in” on my talents, experience and contacts from my home remodeling days. I work closely with stagers, contractors and landscapers to get the property in the best condition for the sale.
Finally, I am a former resident of the mid-west, Chicago area My parents relocated our family to Pleasanton, CA in 1975. I was 12 yrs old at the time. I understand the hardships of moving across country and the wonderful benefits of living in California, specifically the East Bay. Both my parents were in the business of real estate for several decades as successful Real Estate Brokers. I grew-up in real estate. I saw first-hand the changing housing markets since the 70s. Also, my wife of 23 years Diane had been a Mortgage Broker for 15 years from 1992-2007. In 2007, Diane chose to follow here calling and now works in the business of hospice care as a hospital/patient liaison.
